His Holiness the Dalai Lama is expected to return to Dharamsala tomorrow after an extended stay in Ladakh, with members of the Tibetan community preparing to welcome him back to his home in exile. Volunteers have been cleaning and repairing roads damaged during the monsoon as Dharamsala gets ready for his return.
