Dr Tsewang Gylapo Arya Assumes Charge as the New Cabinet Secretary of the Central Tibetan Administration

Dharamshala: Earlier this morning, at the Kashag (Cabinet) Secretariat, Dr Tsewang Gylapo Arya formally assumed charge as the new Cabinet Secretary from Tashi Gyatso Shadrong, the pro tem Cabinet Secretary and Political Secretary of the Kashag, following a brief handover ceremony.

As part of the formal proceedings, the pro tem Cabinet Secretary handed over all departmental files, records, documents, and inventories to the incoming Cabinet Secretary. The Political Secretary also congratulated Dr Arya and extended his best wishes for a productive and successful tenure.
