The Women Empowerment desk of the Central Tibetan Administration organised a 2 day workshop on Gender sensitisation for 15 civil servants of the Administration. Kalon Tsering Dhondup Gyangser of the Department of Finance addressed the inaugural of the workshop. The workshop is being facilitated by Don Hasar, a longtime collaborator with the Women Empowerment desk.
