Dharamshala: On 2 November, 2026, during the second day of her official visit to the Kollegal Dhondenling Tibetan Settlement, Health Kalon, Pema Tso inspected the local branch of Men-Tsee-Khang (Tibetan Medical and Astro-Science Institute), the DVT primary health centre, the Old Age Home, destitute families, and local Water and Sanitation (WASH) projects.
At 9:00 AM, Kalon arrived at the Men-Tsee-Khang branch clinic, where she was warmly received by the doctors and staff. The branch director introduced the medical team and briefed Kalon on the clinic’s various departments and available facilities.
