Expressing pride in witnessing today’s cultural programmes, he urged the organisation to carry forward its founding vision of preserving and promoting Tibet’s rich performing arts heritage. While expressing his appreciation for ‘Lhakar Gorshey’, the weekly Wednesday Tibetan dance gathering, he urged Tibetans to remain mindful of Chinese cultural influence and to preserve the authenticity and distinctiveness of Tibetan culture.
