Tibetan Youth Congress holds candlelight march for Nagchu earthquake victims

Hundreds of Tibetans joined a candlelight solidarity march organised by the Tibetan Youth Congress in Dharamsala on the evening of 23 October to support people affected by the earthquake in Nagchu city, Tibet. TYC protested what it described as Chinese government restrictions on Tibetan aid efforts and social workers helping affected communities, and called for protection of Tibet’s fragile environment.
