Former Tibetan Prime Minister (Kalon Tripa) Tethong Tenzin Namgyal joined a protest in Washington during Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit. He said the large turnout was intended to remind Xi of the Tibet issue. “We welcome him with a protest,” he said.
