首届「民主中国与未来图伯特论坛」于今天（ 8 月 31 日）在印度北部达兰萨拉的多拉达尔高地度假村举行，为期三天的论坛汇聚来自世界各地的 28 名华人及其他族群的与会代表，就民主、人权以及当代涉及图伯特的政策议题展开深入对话。 本次论坛由图伯特社区发展基金与图伯特政策研究中心联合主办，28 名来自世界各地的记者、翻译、学者、公民社会倡导人士及相关领域专家，以及藏人行政中央相关部门的代表、研究员围绕图伯特与中国的民主和人权问题，以及当代政策展开深入对话，并推动建立持续性的合作关系，同时制定非暴力倡议和民主转型的具体策略。 开幕仪式首先由藏人行政中央驻北美华人事务联络官慈诚嘉措致开幕词，随后由图伯特政策研究中心主任丹增列偕致欢迎词。两名发言人分别介绍了为期三天的会议安排，并阐述了此次论坛的主要目标。 出席开幕式的司政边巴次仁就多项重要议题发表讲话，包括中藏关系的历史与当代层面、藏人行政中央的中间道路政策、达赖喇嘛尊者转世问题，以及流亡藏人与华人之间开展合作的重要性。他强调，有必要通过充分了解情况、建设性的对话与合作，推动中藏冲突得到解决。 本次会议旨在推动藏人与华人社会围绕民主、非暴力以及图伯特未来展开理性、深入的交流与讨论，将非暴力确立为共同遵循的基本原则，并围绕未来民主发展构建共同愿景，同时进一步深化与会者对图伯特民主进程、历史、汉藏对话以及中间道路政策的认识与理解。会议还将推动华人社会各界就藏传佛教转世制度及相关问题进行独立、客观的分析与评议，并从法律视角解读《中华人民共和国民族团结进步促进法》，探讨相关法律框架及其对民族关系、民族权利和未来汉藏关系可能产生的影响。 在为期三天的会议期间，主办方将安排多场小组讨论、结构化对话以及全体与会者参与的分组交流，旨在通过充分沟通与深入讨论，增进彼此理解，凝聚共识，并进一步寻找未来合作与共同努力的方向。 记者/责编：蒋扬 《图伯特》首发，转载请注明出处 The post 首届「民主中国与未来图伯特论坛」在达兰萨拉开幕 first appeared on CTA Official Site in Chinese.
